here is my menu plan for this week...i'm making it very easy on myself and only cooking 3 nights...yippee!
breakfasts-oatmeal, fruit and yogurt, choc. chip pancakes, bacon
lunches-soup & sandwich, pizza, pimiento cheese sandwiches & chips
snacks/sweets-brownies, choc. chip biscotti
monday-veggie & beef lasagna
tuesday-out of town
thursday-tuscan bean and veggie soup with parmesan bread
friday-ham, sauteed spinach, mashed potatoes, pumpkin pie
