also, i have a recipe for amazing banana bread, so easy and you don't even need a mixer...
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/3 c. melted butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
pinch of salt
1 1/2 c. flour
preheat oven to 350 degrees. butter a loaf pan. mix melted butter into bananas. then mix in sugar, egg, and vanilla. use a big wooden spoon to stir really well. sprinkle soda and salt over mixture and mix in. add flour and stir. pour into pan and bake for 1 hour. yum!
i will be thinking of a title. can't right now. oh, maybe "friday's fashion finds" i needed a banana bread recipe so bad. i have about 5 bananas that are turning black on my counter!
