party and flowers

this weekend we had an anniversary party for mom and les' 3rd anniversary! we made roasted chicken, ham, sweet potato casserole, green bean casserole, salad, cranberry sauce, and rolls. it was delicious!!

for dessert we ordered the absolute best strawberry cake you will ever eat at a bakery called simply delicious. yum!

it was such a fun evening to be all together and enjoy good food and fun!

and for the last 3 years i've taken pictures of mike and sadie by this beautiful bush in our front yard that only blooms for a few weeks in march. i think it's called bridal wreath?

it's amazing to see how much she has grown in each picture (and yet mike doesn't look a day older. you're welcome honey!)
